How to Get Started
1. Create your Pet Parent Profile online.
2. Sign the Service Agreement & Liability Waiver.
3. Upload your dog’s current vaccine records (DHLPP & Bordetella).
4. Schedule a Meet & Greet for a behavior evaluation.
5. Once approved, you can book daycare and boarding reservations.

A: To make sure your dog is a good fit for our cage‑free play environment and safe with other dogs.

A: We require DHLPP & Bordetella for safety. We can’t complete onboarding until records are received. You can upload them after creating your profile or email them.

A: Once you complete steps 1–4 and the behavior evaluation is passed, you can book daycare and boarding with no delay.
