To begin using our services, you must:

What vaccinations are required?

Can my dog still get sick even if vaccinated?

What if my dog has fleas or ticks?

What if I need to cancel?

  • Cancel 7+ days before stay start: Full refund.

  • Cancel <7 days before stay: Store credit for amounts paid.

What are check-in and check-out policies?

  • Boarding check-out time is by 12pm. After 12pm, a daycare charge applies. Pau Hana Pet Resort

Can someone else pick up my dog?
