What services do you offer?

π How Do I Become a Client?
To begin using our services, you must:
Create a Pet Parent Profile. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Upload current immunization records (DHLPP & Bordetella required). Pau Hana Pet Resort
Schedule and complete a Meet & Greet / Behavior Assessment. Pau Hana Pet Resort
No boarding or daycare reservations are confirmed until all three steps are complete. Pau Hana Pet Resort
π Health & Safety
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be current on DHLPP and Bordetella vaccines to attend daycare or boarding. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Can my dog still get sick even if vaccinated?
Yes β even vaccinated dogs can contract illnesses like kennel cough. Owners agree not to hold us liable for transmitted ailments. Pau Hana Pet Resort
What if my dog has fleas or ticks?
All dogs must be on flea/tick medication. If fleas/ticks are found, treatment will be given at your expense ($50). Pau Hana Pet Resort
π Scheduling & Reservations
Do you hold dates for new clients?
No. New clients must complete their profile, vaccination uploads, behavior assessment, and payment in full before a reservation is confirmed. Pau Hana Pet Resort
When can I schedule a Meet & Greet?
Meet & Greets are offered daily in morning time slots. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Pau Hana Pet Resort
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 7+ days before stay start: Full refund.
Cancel <7 days before stay: Store credit for amounts paid.
Cancel during a stay: Store credit for remaining balance. Pau Hana Pet Resort
π Dog Boarding & Daycare Policies
What are check-in and check-out policies?
Boarding check-out time is by 12pm. After 12pm, a daycare charge applies. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Please arrive within a 30-minute window of scheduled times. Late arrivals may incur a fee. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Can someone else pick up my dog?
Yes β but we must be informed ahead of time of any alternate pick-up person. Pau Hana Pet Resort

When is payment due?
All boarding reservations must be paid in full before drop-off. Saved cards on file may be charged at confirmation. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Are there additional fees?
After-hours pick-up (6pmβ10pm MonβSat): $50 Pau Hana Pet Resort
Late fee for late drop-off/pick-up: $25 Pau Hana Pet Resort

Is there a puppy rate?
Yes, dogs under one year pay a puppy rate for boarding and daycare. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Do you offer special care for anxious or reactive dogs?
Yes β if special handling is needed, a $20 per night special care fee applies, with communication to the owner. Pau Hana Pet Resort
π½ Meals, Medications & Comfort
Is food provided?
We provide grain-free food, bedding, toys, and treats. If your dog has specific dietary needs, youβre encouraged to bring their food. Pau Hana Pet Resort
Can you administer medication?
Yes. Bring medication with instructions β staff are not veterinarians but will administer per the packaging. Pau Hana Pet Resort

We love sharing photos and videos of your dog during their stay β these may be used for marketing (website, social media, promotions). By boarding with us, you agree to this use. Pau Hana Pet Resort
πΆ Play Style & Risks
We practice cage-free boarding with supervised group play. While this provides freedom and socialization, rough play can lead to minor injuries. Owners agree not to hold us liable for such incidents. Pau Hana Pet Resort
