  • Holiday reservations have a stricter cancellation policy due to high demand. Please review our holiday cancellation terms before booking, as deposits and certain fees may be non-refundable.

  • Absolutely! We increase staffing during holidays to ensure every guest receives plenty of playtime, enrichment, and one-on-one care—even on the busiest days.

  • Yes! Depending on availability, you can add services like extra play sessions, enrichment activities, or special feeding requests. Just let us know ahead of time.

  • Please bring your dog’s food, any medications, and comfort items (like a favorite blanket or toy). We’ll take care of the rest.
